Overview
The Nasrin Tower project for Alesha Holdings Ltd., located at 241 Tejgaon C/A, 351 Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, Dhaka 1208, Bangladesh, consists of a 382,127 sq. ft. commercial high-rise facility intended to serve as the prospective Alesha Holdings Ltd. Head Office.
From 2022 to 2023, the project involved comprehensive As-Built Building Information Modeling (BIM) to accurately document existing conditions and validate construction against design intent. Alongside model development, the scope included:
1. Energy Modeling for evaluating building performance and operational efficiency
2. Façade Optimization Research, focusing on improving thermal performance, daylighting behavior, and overall sustainability
The resulting digital model and analytical studies provided the client with a robust foundation for operational decision-making, future retrofits, and strategic planning for headquarters functions.
