Architectural Model
Overview
The EGMCL Unit 7 project for Epic Garments Manufacturing Company Ltd., located at Plots 265, 266, 271 & 272, Adamjee Export Processing Zone, Narayanganj, Bangladesh, consists of a 350,000 sq. ft. industrial facility designed to support large-scale apparel manufacturing operations.
From 2022 to 2023, a comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflow was implemented, delivering an integrated LOD 300 model for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The scope included detailed hanger system design and full MEP coordination, covering:

2. Electrical Distribution
3. Fire Safety Systems
4. Plumbing & Drainage
5. Steam Distribution Network
6. Compressed Air Systems
The coordinated BIM model ensured clash resolution, improved construction sequencing, and provided the client with a reliable digital foundation for execution and future facility management.
